Ole’s international career has included working in London, New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Wales, Singapore and his native Denmark.

 

He began his career in New York working for Michael Sorkin studio and Asymptote Architecture. He later returned to Europe, and after working at a number of Danish and UK practices, embarked on a 10-year worldwide architectural exploration at the London based Heatherwick studio, where he has overseen and completed several high profile and award winning projects.

In recent years, Ole has devoted his time and experience to leading complex and large-scale projects in Asia with the emphasis on strong design vision and artistic approach. From competition to detailed design, construction and completion, he has honed his skills in leadership, detail knowledge, and effective communication with client and the wider design and construction team through every stage of the projects.

His experience and network in both practice and academia have led him to be frequently invited to lecture at leading universities and institutions around the world.

Ole is a leader and director with a positive approach and a passion for design, who channels his motivation and drive into constructive energy. A believer in the ‘pay it forward’ philosophy, Ole works with a mandate to make every day and collaboration into something creatively stimulating.

This positive and uncompromising attitude to his work and design has earned him the title ‘a Scandinavian force to be reckoned with’.

Pernille Bisgaard, partner at NOAA, responsible for tasks in architecture, concept development, business strategy, landscape architecture, restoration, feasibility studies, and interior design.

 

Pernille is Cand. Arch. Architect MAA from Aarhus School of Architecture, Denmark, and ARB registered architect from Bartlett UCL, London.

She has extensive experience in many aspects of the field of architecture, which enables her to think and work across disciplines.

Pernille is a structured, creative architect and a positive and enthusiastic person. She enjoys great trust of collaborators and clients.

Pernille has worked in London, New York and Aarhus (Denmark), and the international experience has made her an international representative of Danish design and the use of Danish materials.

Pernille has won awards in both architecture and art.
